[71] Torco Torco and Puca Pampa [district Presto, near Sucre]
Presto, a municipality near Sucre, is one of Bolivia's poorest regions. Due to an assignment for an NGO we get to see a glimpse of rural Bolivia, which otherwise would have remained off-limits.
